We are saying this because Service-based companies are also competing with product based companies. This creates a high demand for developers. 

Service based companies are providing hikes for their associates in a range of 50% -100%. Depending upon the role of associates.

We will explore top demanding skills in the IT industry in coming years. Where you will get almost 100% hikes.

Top 5 Highly demanding jobs are :

  1. Full Stack Developer

  2. DevOps Engineer

  3. Data Scientist

1. Full Stack Developer

As we mentioned above, service based companies try to compete with product based companies. It creates a huge demand for Full Stack Developers in both Service based companies and Product based companies. 

Full-stack developers have high demand not only in India but there are huge demands in the US alone. The U.S. Bureau of Labour Statistics has already reported that Full Stack Development jobs will increase from 135,000 to over 853,000 by 2024.

2. DevOps Engineer

As you know, DevOps Engineers works with developers and the IT staff. It is a kind of link between developers and the Operation team or IT team. 

Roles of DevOps Engineer in team:

  1. DevOps team involved in code releases. 

  2. DevOps Engineers integrate the project resources and functions across the product life cycle, right from planning till releases.

  3. They analyze data to improve the performance of products. 

  4. They also increase the overall productivity in the workspace.

As Industries are moving toward digitalization, the demands of DevOps Engineers has increased at an enormous rate. As per GitLab's April 2021 Upskilling Enterprise DevOps Skills Report, DevOps skills are projected to grow 122% over the next five years, making it one of the fastest-growing skills in the IT Industry.

We put this in 2 because the ratio of DevOps engineers to developers is 1:10 to 1:12. 




3. Data Scientist

In simple terms a Data Scientist is someone who finds trends and information from the Data.  Every year lots of positions open in AI and Data Science trend is growing at a high pace — but candidates often lack the right skills.

Challenges faced by Data Scientists:

  1. Multiple collaborations required between the data scientist and other departments to collect data.

  2. Long working hours and a lonely environment.

  3. Spend a huge amount of working time in collecting data from different sources.

  4. The responsibilities placed on the shoulders of a data scientist is quite heavy.

This creates a lot of pressure on most professionals in this industry.

But Data Scientists get a good salary and work flexibility. This is the reason there are lots of opportunities in this industry.

4. React Native Developer

React Native Web developers are also in demand, this is new and exclusive technology in the market. Companies have high demand for React native web developers. Companies are paying an exclusive package for React Native developers.

As per Stack Overflow developer's survey, 2019 React Native developers are almost 62.5% in demand. This shows that React Native is one of the highly demanding frameworks for app development.

The average salary of React native developers in the USA is $121,875 per year or $62.50 per hour. In starting you can get upto $102,357 per year later with experience you can make up to $155,000 per year.







5. Backend Developer

Back-end developers create or manage server-side applications, and databases then combined with front-end codes to provide seamless experience for the end-user.

Statistically, there are far more front end developers than back end developers this creates a demand for backend developers.

Backend developers can get in between ₹2.0 Lakhs to ₹22.0 Lakhs.

Annual average salary of ₹6.0 Lakhs.
