Get Addicted to Success with these 9 Habits

For the next 6 months, become addicted to these 9 habits.


You will be unrecognisable in 6 months !!!

1.  Waking up at 5 am

Waking up early means you're already ahead of everyone else


Waking up earlier gives you more time to:

• Workout

• Plan your day

• Work on business

• Be more productive


You'll have more time to achieve your goals this way


2.  Writing down your thoughts before bed

Writing before bed will improve your quality of sleep


Here's what you can write down:

• Your goals for tomorrow

• What you're grateful for

• Any negative thoughts


Your mental health will improve dramatically

3.  Learning a skill for 10 mins a day

With the current situation and this crazy bear market, learning a skill will save you financially.

Here are some skills I recommend:

• Coding

• Writing

• Marketing

• Content Creation


You can earn $50-$200/hour


4.  Spend 30 minutes a day exercising

It doesn't have to be too much


Exercises that are easy to do are:

• running

• push-ups

• pull-ups


These will strengthen your body and keep you in shape

5.  Take a 10-minute break

Your mind is racing with hundreds of thoughts every minute


Take 10 minutes to:

• Sit in silence

• Empty your mind

• Relax and stretch


Make sure you give your mind that break it needs


6.  Create a proper sleep schedule

Waking up at the same time will prove crucial for your focus and performance


Do this to increase your sleep quality:

• No screen 2 hours before bed

• No eating 2 hours before bed

• Make your room cooler

7. Don't take your phone in bed

Take a 30-minute walk in nature


Nature is proven to help you:

• Get rid of anxiety

• Increase happiness

• Fix your mood


You can add a nice touch to your day by doing this


8. Read 10 pages a day 

Reading will strengthen your mind and also: 

• Increase your focus 

• Enrich your vocabulary 

• Increase your knowledge 

10 pages a day will prove such a life hack for your personal growth

9.  Drink 3L of water every day


Staying hydrated is a must


Water is essential for your:

• Mind

• Health

• Recovery


Keep a bottle of water next to you and start drinking from time to time the more your drink the easier it gets !! Remember I said bottle of Water not 🍾


Set routines.

Daily. Weekly. Monthly. Yearly.


You'll need 3 things:


1.  Never giving up MIND

2.  Powerful trained BODY

3.  Disciplined positive SOUL


You'll get what you want from this life.


Remember this and see you in the next 6 months.


Always remember modern men are:

- Weak

- Feminine

- Depressed
